Mobile Site

 

With the growth in mobile it was decided a refresh of the mobile site was in order. Observed user tests and an audit of GA showed room for improvement. The focus was on the following areas;

  • Sticky Top Navigation.

  • Search UI.

  • Product Page.

  • Menu.

  • Listing Product Gallery.

  • Filters.

  • Bounce Rate 6% reduction YoY.

  • Conversion Rate Increase of 7% YoY

  • Pages/ Session up 4%
