
Urgency messaging
As part of wider ecom research it was noted that several of the larger ecoms were pushing live sales / browsing data and behaviour to users, the objective was to introduce a sense of urgency to the user and push them to purchase. Once a suitable provider had been identified we began a 2 week A/B test to proof the concept.

Content and frequency of messaging can be configured using dashboard
Conversion rate increased by 0.02 on products featuring urgency messaging.
